Registration Procedure

Please visit  the new Marthlet Hockey School Website to register your daughter.

1. All parents must sign and mail the player information portion of this document along with full payment prior to August 1st  2013. Reservations are accepted and filled on a first come first served basis.

2. All documents should be mailed to:

3. Checks can be made payable to: McGill University

4. If you would like to make a credit card payment please email:  perry.karnofsky@mcgill.ca

5. You will receive confirmation of your registration by E-mail McGill University and its staff are not responsible for any and all claims of loss or damage to property, however caused, or to any party arising directly or indirectly from the child’s anticipation in the Martlet Hockey School.
